At Suzy Shier, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy for items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
